Débora H. Yanasse is a partner in the Global Energy, Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Practices of Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown, with a focus in the power, gas and, more recently, hydrogen industries. She advises on regulatory, contractual and corporate matters, and has served as counsel for large and complex infrastructure projects, including hydro power plants, gas-fired thermo power plants, wind farms, solar power plants, biomass and biogas thermo power plants, interstate power transmission and gas transportation facilities, LNG terminals, hydrogen exploration and production facilities, ports, airports and railroads. She also advises on mergers and acquisitions, privatizations and auctions.
