Guilherme Tranquillini is a partner in the Corporate & Securities practice of Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown in the São Paulo office. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and corporate reorganizations, both domestic and cross-border, particularly related to listed companies, franchising, education, technology, advertisement, retail, and infrastructure. He also assists clients in acquisition finance deals based on capital markets or banking products and on high-level complex Brazilian corporate legal matters.
