Maud Bischoff is a partner in the Banking & Finance practice of Mayer Brown's Paris office. She advises leading funds, groups of companies, and banks on domestic and cross-border financings (unitranche, all senior, senior/mezzanine, super-senior in high yield bond contexts) for leveraged acquisitions and real estate assets, as well as debt restructurings of all sizes. Prior to Mayer Brown, she practiced at major law firms in Luxembourg and Paris.
