Based in France, Marc Santoni is Senior Counsel in the Finance department at Mayer Brown. He advises French listed and unlisted companies, investment and debt funds on managing difficulties, acquiring distressed companies, and restructuring debt (including LBOs and PGEs). He assists with preventive measures, ad hoc mandates, mediation, and proceedings before the CIRI, as well as safeguard, receivership, and insolvency proceedings, and has extensive experience in takeovers of companies under receivership or insolvency. Before Mayer Brown, he founded and led Santoni & Associés for over 30 years.
