Global co-head of the Africa Practice and partner in the Global Energy and Projects & Infrastructure groups at Mayer Brown, based in Paris. Focuses on complex, large-scale transactions in energy, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors, with emphasis on projects involving France, Africa, and other emerging markets. Nearly 20 years of experience advising a broad spectrum of stakeholders including multinational corporations, investment funds, project sponsors, multilateral development banks, sovereign entities, and construction contractors. Board Member and Secretary General of the French Association for Energy Law (AFDEN); provides pro bono counsel to NGOs. Previously worked in Paris, London, and New York offices of other international law firms.
