Sang Joon Park is a partner in Mayer Brown's International Arbitration practice, based in Singapore. He focuses on assisting clients with resolving complex, high-value commercial disputes, often with cross-border elements. His experience covers a broad range of industry sectors including energy, natural resources, manufacturing, defense, international trade, technology, construction and engineering, shipbuilding, and infrastructure. He has achieved successful outcomes in arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, LMAA, SIAC, DIAC, HKIAC, ADCCAC, and UNCITRAL rules, and has handled matters in the English Courts. He has advised stakeholders on assets and projects worldwide, including West Africa, the US, the MENA region, Eastern Europe, and Southeast Asia. Prior to Singapore, he practiced in international firms in London.
