Rob Hamburg represents clients in complex commercial litigation, cross-border and international litigation, arbitration, and regulatory enforcement matters. He also advises in the context of government and internal investigations. He has litigated at the trial court and appellate levels in both federal and state courts, as well as in the FINRA forum. He has represented foreign and domestic clients in complex international disputes, including more than a dozen cases brought pursuant to the US Anti-Terrorism Act and actions involving claims of multi-national fraud. He advises clients on issues of personal jurisdiction, choice of law, choice of forum, and cross-border discovery.
