Adam Hickey offers clients extensive experience in cybersecurity, sanctions, export controls, the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), criminal law, federal surveillance statutes, and other national security authorities. He draws on more than 15 years of experience at the US Department of Justice handling high-profile national security matters intersecting with the private sector. Prior to joining Mayer Brown, he was a Deputy Assistant Attorney General at DOJ's National Security Division and an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York.
