Mark Hanchet represents clients, primarily financial institutions, in matters involving commercial litigation, arbitration, and regulatory enforcement. He has experience in all phases of litigation at trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution. Much of his financial services practice is international in nature; he routinely represents banks in cross-border litigation and proceedings seeking attachments and injunctions concerning assets in the US and abroad. He also advises clients on international dispute resolution issues including forum selection, jurisdiction, service of process, international discovery, and judgment enforcement.
