He has more than 25 years of experience in US and international leveraged finance markets, representing banks and financial institutions as lead arrangers, underwriters, and participants across various financings, including acquisition, tender, bridge, investment grade, secured high-yield debt, asset-based, and convertible note financings. He also advises on workouts and restructurings such as DIPs, 363 sales, and credit bids.
