Jing Zhang is a partner at Mayer Brown who advises clients on international trade matters, including antidumping (AD), anti-subsidy (CVD), export control, sanctions, intellectual property, and customs issues. She focuses on cross-border compliance involving China, and represents foreign producers and US importers in AD and CVD proceedings before the US Department of Commerce, the US International Trade Commission, and federal courts. She also handles IP litigations before the ITC and federal courts, and counsels on invalidity proceedings at the USPTO.
