Roman Dashko

Roman is a partner in the firm's Moscow Office. He advises international and domestic clients in mergers and acquisitions in the oil and gas, power, oilfield services, automotive, retail, pharmaceuticals, technology, and real estate sectors. He has experience with structuring complex joint ventures, and with reorganizations and restructurings. He also represents issuers, lead managers, and depositaries in a range of international capital markets transactions, including IPOs.
