Steven concentrates on cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity transactions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances primarily in the life sciences, energy and natural resources, and industrial sectors. He advises private equity funds, and multinational public and private companies on complex acquisitions, dispositions, and securities transactions. His practice also encompasses public and private M&A, stock and asset transactions, and purchases and sales resulting from bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings.
