Alexander Temel is co-chair of the Private Equity practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Boston office. Alex focuses his practice on advising private equity clients in connection with leveraged recapitalizations, management buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, structured preferred and growth equity investments, and search fund transactions. Alex regularly represents clients in the software, financial services, business and consumer services, oil and gas, real estate, healthcare, and media industries.
