Debra Bernstein is the Managing Partner of Quinn Emanuel's Atlanta office. She is a trial lawyer with a national commercial litigation practice emphasizing antitrust matters and class actions. She has represented clients in bet-the-company litigation, pioneered large corporate opt-out litigation representing Dell in price-fixing cartel cases, secured over $1 billion in settlements, and litigated cases at the intersection of IP and antitrust law, including before the International Trade Commission.
