Victoria F. Maroulis is the Managing Partner of Quinn Emanuel's Silicon Valley Office and a Co-Chair of the firm's National Intellectual Property Litigation Practice and Life Science Practice. Her practice primarily focuses on intellectual property litigation, encompassing patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secrets matters. She has experience in telecommunications, software, hardware, semiconductors, medical devices, and biotechnology, representing clients such as Samsung, General Electric, Cisco, and Genentech. She has been recognized as an IP Rising Star by Law360, listed in the IAM Patent 1000, named among the top 100 women litigators in California by The Daily Journal, featured in The American Lawyer's '45 under 45', chosen for The Recorder's list of 50 women leaders in tech law, and named one of Managing Intellectual Property IP STARS Top 250 Women in IP.
