With over 25 years of experience, he advises private and public organizations on significant cybersecurity incidents across critical infrastructure sectors including financial services, energy, manufacturing, technology, water, defense, municipal government, retail, transportation, and hospitality. He has expertise in nation-state and misinformation issues, election law, and related investigations. He has led the legal response to operationally impactful malware for Fortune 500 entities, including the NotPetya malware incident, and routinely leads ransomware and AI-related matters.
