Shu Min Ho advises global companies on high-stakes cross-border investigations and compliance matters, particularly in the life sciences, technology, biotech/biopharma and manufacturing sectors. She leads multi-office, multidisciplinary teams across Sidley’s global platform in investigations and compliance reviews involving bribery and corruption, books-and-records and internal controls issues, revenue recognition and accounting irregularities, fraud, embezzlement, and other forms of corporate misconduct. She also counsels clients on compliance program design and third party and transaction risk assessments. She is fluent in English, Chinese, conversational Cantonese and Bahasa Malaysia, and has working knowledge of Japanese and Arabic.
