Practice encompasses securitized financings, mortgage and mezzanine loans, construction loans, and revolving credit facilities. Clients are major financial institutions acting as lenders and administrative agents in substantial transactions involving acquisition, refinancing, and restructuring of prominent properties and portfolios, including luxury hotels, office buildings, resorts, data centers, industrial properties, and mixed-use developments. Experience includes financing of commercial properties, single trophy assets, pooled portfolios, multiuse projects, whole-company transactions, transitional properties, and development projects. Also handles domestic and cross-border transactions, intercreditor and co-lender arrangements, and secondary market sales of mortgage and mezzanine loans.
