Co-chair of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation Practice and co-leader of the Chicago Litigation Group, Samantha Lerner is a trial lawyer who concentrates her practice on complex commercial and patent litigation. She has spent her career litigating complex commercial cases for Fortune 500 companies in industries including agribusiness, pharmaceuticals, financial services, healthcare, and insurance. Her experience covers breach-of-contract, trade-secret-theft, Commodities Exchange Act, RICO, antitrust, employment, and fraud cases, as well as patent cases involving medical devices, instruments, telephone and computer technology, and pharmaceuticals. She has served as chair of the Chicago office chapter of Winston Taylor’s Women’s Leadership Initiative.
