Michael Mayer is a trial lawyer who represents companies and individuals in antitrust and complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts around the country. He has broad experience in class action defense, intellectual property matters, grand jury proceedings, and responding to government investigation claims of anticompetitive practices and consumer fraud. He is also an adjunct professor at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law where he teaches a course regarding pretrial strategies.
