Andrew T. White is the Real Estate Practice Chair at Winston Taylor. He represents real estate private equity funds, hedge funds, REITs, developers, and other institutional investors and operators in joint ventures, co-investments, real estate debt financings, complex acquisitions and dispositions, leasing (including sale-leasebacks), and ground-up development. He also advises borrowers, lenders, landlords, and tenants on real estate issues across industries and asset classes.
