Sheryl Dean
Sheryl is head of Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. She specialises in private equity fund structures and investments and represents a wide range of sponsors, from large institutions to boutique and start up investment managers, advising on the structuring, formation and operation of private funds and advising on downstream transactions and portfolio investments. Sheryl advises sponsors on their carry allocation and management vehicles. She also works on a number of related corporate transactions, including consortium deals and joint ventures, co-investments, buy-outs and restructurings. · Maples Group
