Emma heads the Global Registration Services team within the Funds & Investment Management Group in the Dublin office. She has particular expertise in the cross-border distribution of UCITS and (onshore and offshore) AIFs globally including Europe, Asia Pacific, the Americas, the Far and Middle East (whether by way of private placement or publicly through the European Passport or local registration). Emma regularly advises promoters, fund managers and investment banks which operate UCITS, ETFs and AIFs on the initial market entry process (including any permitted pre-marketing activities) as well as ongoing maintenance filing requirements to ensure continued compliance and market access. · Maples Group
