Aoife McDonagh
Aoife is a Partner in Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. She acts for a wide range of funds and service providers and has extensive experience in advising on the establishment, authorisation and operation of all types of Irish investment funds, in particular, UCITS and QIAIFs. Aoife also works with fund service providers in connection with depositary, administration and other service agreements.
