Richard O\'Donoghue
Richard is a Partner in Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. He advises in respect of the establishment, authorisation and on-going operation of Irish regulated investment funds including UCITS, AIFs and other fund products. He also advises fund service providers including management companies, administrators, depositaries and investment managers. Richard has particular expertise in the area of sustainable finance and advises clients in respect of the implementation and compliance with the EU’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulations ("SFDR") and the Taxonomy Regulation. He also frequently advises in respect of structuring alternative strategies within the UCITS and QIAIF framework and a wide variety of fund financing transactions. · Maples Group
