Robin is head of the Dublin Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team at Maples and Calder, the Maples Group's law firm. He specialises in insolvency and corporate recovery / restructuring, and has acted in a wide range of compulsory and voluntary liquidations, examinerships, receiverships, schemes of arrangement and bankruptcies. Robin acts for insolvency and restructuring practitioners and advises distressed companies, company directors, shareholders and creditors of distressed companies. He has extensive experience in acting for NAMA, both domestic and international financial institutions and private equity funds in banking litigation and enforcement matters.
