Laurie Achtouk-Spivak
Laurie Achtouk-Spivak’s practice focuses on international arbitration and litigation, as well as public international law. Laurie represents clients in commercial arbitrations as well as investors and sovereigns in investment treaty arbitrations under various arbitral rules. Throughout her career, Laurie has been involved in over 50 arbitrations and has managed high-stake disputes in various sectors including energy and natural resources, infrastructure projects, defence, financial services, and life sciences. She often provides companies with investment structuring advice, and she advises and lectures on international dispute settlement, including in relation to sustainability matters.
