Andrew A. Bernstein’s practice focuses on capital markets and transactions for sovereigns. Andrew’s practice has a dual focus. A significant part of his practice involves international securities offerings by French companies, including initial public offerings, other equity offerings, bank regulatory capital securities, high-yield bonds and investment-grade debt sold in the U.S. market.
