Joon Kim's practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense and investigations, commercial litigation, corporate governance, and crisis management. He has over two decades of experience at the highest levels of government and in private practice at Cleary Gottlieb, including serving as Acting U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. He has personally tried over a dozen federal jury trials and advised sophisticated companies, boards, and executives on criminal, regulatory, and dispute matters.
