Edward J. Rosen is a partner based in the New York office. Mr. Rosen’s practice includes domestic and international matters, specializing in the structuring of complex securities and derivatives transactions, U.S. securities and commodities law regulation and financial product development and documentation. Mr. Rosen advises a broad range of market participants, including trade associations, exchanges, clearinghouses, investment banks, commercial banks, brokers, electronic trading platforms, money managers, traders, professional intermediaries and end users, in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Rosen has served as counsel to the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, the Futures Industry Association, the International Swaps and Derivatives Association and the Institute of International Bankers.
