Claudia Gonzalez is a member of the Labor and Employment Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Mexico City office. She has more than nine years of experience advising foreign and local companies in labor and employment matters, as well as in individual processes. Claudia has represented companies in negotiations before the Federal Attorney for the Defense of Labor and on labor litigation matters before the Federal and Local Labor Boards in Mexico, including amparo proceedings. She has in-depth knowledge of labor management relations, downsizing, and helping companies manage workforce changes. Claudia also advises clients on labor restructuring and terminations, and on employment contracts.
