Miguel Moisés focuses his practice on banking and finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate matters. He is experienced in representing lenders and borrowers in structured financings, bilateral and syndicated loans, and in the financing of industrial, commercial and housing real estate projects. He advises buyers and sellers, both domestic and international, in stock and asset purchases and sale transactions and joint ventures. He represents issuers, underwriters, lead institutional investors and rating agencies in connection with public and private equity and debt offerings, both in the local and international markets, as well as in securitizations and offerings of listed investment funds or CKDs.
