Rodrigo Orozco Waters represents clients in public and private financing projects and foreign investment transactions in infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, financial, and commercial sectors in Mexico. He has advised the Mexican federal government on securitization of funds and assets through the Mexican Stock Exchange and issuance of catastrophic bonds through the World Bank. He regularly advises states and municipalities on debt issuances via the Mexican Stock Exchange and has been involved in major state-debt restructurings and refinancings in Mexico. He also has broad experience in M&A transactions involving financial and other regulated sectors.
