He specialises in advising various onshore and offshore open-ended and closed-end collective investment schemes, including hedge funds, venture capital funds, private equity funds and hybrid funds and their managers on all aspects of fund formation. He also has extensive experience advising asset managers on all legal and regulatory aspects of their fund management business, including fund formation and structuring, seed investments, offering rules for offers of interests of private and retail collective investment schemes, share disclosure requirements, licensing and registration for the asset managers and ongoing legal and regulatory obligations, and other issues pertinent to their business such as employment and data protection.
