Finance work includes representing financial institutions and borrowers in construction, mezzanine and general secured real estate financings, loan workouts and restructurings. Also represents real estate fund sponsors and investors in fund formation and investment, and restaurant groups in brand acquisition, investment, capital-raising, intellectual property and leasing.
