Ken Minesinger is Co-Chair of GT's Energy & Natural Resources Practice group. He represents domestic and international clients in the development of oil and gas resources, major pipeline and LNG projects, and energy regulatory issues. His work includes commercial and fiscal negotiations, joint venture negotiations, ratemaking and restructuring proceedings, certificate/licensing proceedings, complaint proceedings, and investigations into market manipulation and agency rule violations.
