Antonio Peña is a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig's Miami office, where he leads the firm's foreign law clerk program. He has broad experience in the US, Spain, and Latin America, representing strategic investors and private equity funds in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, restructurings, and other corporate matters. Prior to joining the firm, he served as in-house counsel at Banamex and as acting General Counsel for a Fortune 500 joint venture in Latin America.
