Philip R. Sellinger is Co-Managing Shareholder of Greenberg Traurig's New Jersey office and former co-Chair of the firm’s Global Litigation Practice. He has over 30 years of trial experience handling class actions and complex litigation in state and federal courts, including appeals before the New Jersey Supreme Court. He has served as Chair of the Lawyers Advisory Committee to the New Jersey federal judiciary and on the New Jersey Supreme Court Civil Practice Rules Committee, and founded the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Class Action Committee. He has also appeared as amicus counsel in the Supreme Court of the United States on behalf of senior military officers and DoD officials.
