Adam leads the Finance Group in Bermuda. He advises asset managers, public and private companies, and financial institutions on a broad range of finance transactions, including insurance-based financing, fund finance, note and bond issuances, securitisations, collateralised loan obligations, leveraged and acquisition finance, syndicated lending, asset finance, general secured lending, and financial restructuring. He also has experience with equity capital raises (including preference share financings) and the formation and maintenance of investment funds across private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and hedge funds.
