Hannah Tildesley is a Partner at Walkers in the Insolvency and Dispute Resolution group, based in Bermuda. She specializes in international commercial litigation, contentious trusts, and insolvency, with a focus on banking and funds litigation, appraisal actions, director and shareholder disputes, and contentious trust disputes including trust restructuring and blessing applications. She handles multi-jurisdictional matters involving complex cross-border issues and conflict of laws, and advises on litigation aspects of corporate deals.
