Sarah Ball is an associate in Walkers' Guernsey Insolvency and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. She advises on contentious trusts matters, insolvencies, and commercial litigation. She has onshore and offshore experience in cross-border disputes, working with corporates and HNWIs. Prior to joining Walkers in February 2023, she worked at two boutique law firms in Cape Town, handling estates disputes, intellectual property litigation, family law matters, and company liquidations. She has been admitted as a South African Attorney since 2021.
