Noeleen Ruddy is a Partner and Co-Head of Finance & Capital Markets at Walkers in Ireland. She advises international financial institutions, investment banks, and other clients on a wide range of structured products transactions, including securitisations (RMBS, ABS, CMBS), debt offerings, CLOs, CAT bonds, and Commercial Paper Programmes. She also handles distressed, stressed, performing and non-performing debt deals, as well as combined QIAIF/SPV transactions and other bespoke structured product transactions.
