Stefan Paulmayer

Stefan Paulmayer is an attorney-at-law for banking and finance law, specialising in financing, asset-backed financing (securitisation), restructuring/insolvency law, derivative transactions and (banking) supervisory law. As an expert in banking and finance, he has advised on both large (real estate) financing and large (cross-border) restructuring transactions. Another focus of his previous work is the area of bank restructuring and settlement. Most recently, he focused on the area of New Technologies such as SmartContracts and Blockchain where he is active as both legal advisor of FinTech companies as well as lecturer.
