For the past nine years, she has advised a number of international clients in all commercial, corporate and property law issues. She is experienced in banking and finance law, having been involved in some of the most innovative and ground-breaking banking and finance projects conducted in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with particular emphasis on the local regulatory framework and structuring of the transactions. In particular, she has advised clients on the regulatory aspects of the different types of financial operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, coupled with transactional advice regarding financing projects including loans, capital markets, and syndicated structures, NPL restructuring and corporate aspects relevant for the finance industry.
