Alexandre Delhaye

Alexandre Delhaye joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2001 and became a partner in 2015. He practices in Corporate/M&A and assists French and international corporate groups, private equity funds, family groups and entrepreneurs with their transactions in France and abroad. His practice includes: national and international transactions (disposals, acquisitions, joint-ventures, venture capital, private equity, distressed assets, hotel management contracts, etc.); reorganisation and restructuring; executive policy (management packages); shareholder relations (shareholder agreements, governance, etc.) and disputes between shareholders or arising post-disposal (representations and warranties, sale price, etc.).
