Dimitar Hadjiveltchev joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2001 and became a partner in 2016. He is co-heading the CMS Private Clients group since 2020. He advises high-net-worth individuals and families on complex national and international tax cases, including wealth and income structuring, intergenerational transfer planning, and supports clients in their international projects, whether in the context of their investment projects, particularly in luxury real estate and vineyards, or in their professional projects, as well in the determination of their tax residence. His expertise includes the advisory work for foreign trusts and similar structures, with respect to their tax treatment and their compliance duties. Dimitar Hadjiveltchev also assists his individual clients with their tax compliance (review, preparation, filing of personal tax returns - income tax, wealth tax and self-disclosure procedures) In his corporate practice, he supports French and international companies and groups in managing the preferred income tax regimes that can be applied to executives and high-potential managers.
