François Hellio joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1990 and became a partner in 2001. He was appointed chairman of the firm's Management Board in 2024. He practices in tax law and advises clients on all aspects of international taxation with a particular focus on transfer pricing and litigation. François Hellio advises French and international listed corporate groups and family businesses on financing and structuring their investments, including property investments, in France and other countries. In addition to his core practice, he also advises clients on managing tax litigation.
