He practices in anti-trust, competition and trade with a focus on merger control, cartels and abuse of dominant position, restrictive trade practices, anti-competitive practices, economic regulations, unfair business practices, distribution law and customs and excise law. Denis Redon advises corporate clients on a broad range of competition issues. His practice also extends to audits, including compliance audits. He represents clients during audits by the competition authorities, the DGCCRF (French consumer protection agency) and the customs authorities.
