Jérôme Sutour joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2007 and became a partner in 2009. He is head of the firm’s Services practice. He practices in financial regulation and collective investment vehicles. An important part of his practice focuses on advising on regulatory issues affecting credit institutions, funds and their managers, structuring new products and funds, the distribution of financial products, and on investment services.
